Our Process
Phase 1: Profile Evaluation
The process begins with the submission of a Contractor Interest Profile and professional credentials (CV/Resume).
- Review Process: Submissions are reviewed periodically based on current and projected organizational needs.
- Selection: Identification for the consultant pool is based on a qualitative assessment of experience, specialization areas, and alignment with True.inc’s broader mission.
Phase 2: Network Integration & Administrative Setup
Phase 3: Project Identification & Assignment
Phase 4: Participation & Flexibility
- Accept the Engagement: Finalize the project-specific terms and initiate work.
- Decline the Engagement: If a project does not align with current availability or specific areas of expertise, contractors may decline the opportunity.
